  • Installing and maintaining backup software and hardware
  • Configuring and optimizing backup policies

  • Ensuring alignment with retention and security standards
  • Collaborating with vendors and IT teams to guarantee seamless integration and high availability of backup services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Administration of backup infrastructures in Commvault, Veeam and Storage Protect
  • Assist clients defining architectures by selecting, implementing, and supporting new infrastructures
  • Development in scripting and automation
  • Manage ATLs and VTLs
  • Maintenance, configuration, tuning and update of backup infrastructures
  • Monitoring of backup infrastructures (availability; capacity; forecast)
  • Maintenance of subsystems compliance based on Kyndryl security policies
  • Response to incidents and service requests directed at a ticketing tool provided by Kyndryl
  • Provide a 24x7 prevention service according to a scale with possible travel needs to the data center
  • Fluent in write and speak English and Portuguese languages
