About the role

  • Ensure operational continuity, functional stability, and correct execution of business processes related to the SAP PDTA and SAP SD modules.
  • Analyze and resolve functional incidents related to SAP PDTA and SAP SD.
  • Validate data integrity and compliance with business rules.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and SAP module owners for resolution of incidents.
  • Maintain updated functional documentation and participate in functional testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience providing SAP functional support within an AMS model.
  • 5 years of experience with SAP PDTA and SAP SD.
  • Knowledge of operational and logistics processes associated with the SD module.
  • Basic English proficiency.
