About the role
- Solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services.
- Manage systems data for clients and provide day-to-day solutions and security compliance.
- Oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to clients.
- Recommend modernization options, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate relationships with teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management
- VMware ESX experience
- Public/private cloud management. Especially migration from onprem to cloud solution
- Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code)
- Vulnerability management
- Microsoft Active Directory and federation services.
