About the role

  • Design visually compelling interfaces for digital products, prototypes, and concept experiences.
  • Ensure strong consistency in typography, layout, color, and visual language across products.
  • Rapidly prototype digital concepts and interaction models using modern design and prototyping tools.
  • Collaborate in the design of products powered by Generative AI (content, visuals, interactions).
  • Work in multidisciplinary teams with designers, developers, product owners, and AI specialists.

Requirements

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in Visual, UI, or Digital Product Design
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, design systems)
  • Strong skills in visual design: typography, composition, color, branding, and layout
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems
  • Ability to create interactive prototypes that communicate product concepts clearly
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, or similar collaboration tools
  • Experience designing AI-powered features or products (highly valued)
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., for content, imagery, or interface exploration)
  • Interest or experience in conversational interfaces, adaptive systems, or agent-based experiences
  • Experience working in creative, multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills through design
  • Fluent English & Spanish.
