About the role
- Define the AI/Agentic vision and strategy Kyndryl’s Network Managed Services
- Build and manage the roadmap, prioritizing releases based on customer needs and business objectives
- Collaborate with network engineering and development teams in an Agile environment
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis and analyze network and services data to gather insights
- Champion cultural transformation by implementing new processes and ways of working
Requirements
- 5+ years experience with network technologies or network operations
- 3 to 5 years experience with implementing AI or Agentic AI
- 7+ years experience with financial or business management
- Master of Science, Computer Science degree
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with various teams globally including Sales, Engineering and Delivery teams
