About the role
- Join our dynamic team as a Customer Technology Advisor and become an integral part of our cutting‑edge Go‑To‑Market organization.
- Work closely with Kyndryl Consult partners and customer stakeholders, leveraging your technical and solution expertise to drive targeted opportunities and exceed customer expectations.
- Support consulting, advisory, and architecture activities across sales, pre‑sales, and delivery, collaborating tightly with customer partners and Kyndryl Consult partners.
- Demonstrate our credibility and industry leadership through engaging demos and persuasive presentations.
- Develop profitable deals that drive success while showcasing your end‑to‑end expertise in your primary domain and related subdomains.
- Coordinate the entire pre‑sales process, ensuring quality and compliance checks while following Kyndryl best practices.
- Actively build and nurture relationships with external alliance partners, fostering collaboration to co‑create joint solutions.
Requirements
- Fluent in French
- 10+ years of experience in Data Center Infrastructure, including at least 6 years focused on Private Cloud, HCI, and Enterprise Storage architectures
- Hybrid Fabric Design: Design seamless data mobility architectures that enable mission‑critical workloads to move fluidly between on‑premises and public cloud environments
- Broadcom/VMware Migration: Present alternative solutions to Broadcom/VMware and design large‑scale, enterprise‑grade modernization and migration plans with a focus on security
- Cyber Resilience: Advise on resilient storage solutions featuring immutable snapshots, air‑gapped vaults, and automated recovery to mitigate ransomware risk
- Private Cloud Automation: Convert traditional infrastructure into a “Cloud‑in‑a‑Box” experience using HCI, cloud management platforms (CMP), and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Vault (including IBM automation)
- Workload Placement: Act as a strategic advisor to determine the optimal landing zone for data based on latency, cost, and data sovereignty requirements
- Business Case & ROI: Deep knowledge of vendor licensing and FinOps to build compelling business value and ROI assessments
- Vendor Financing Solutions: Experience with vendor financing and consumption models (e.g., HPE GreenLake, Dell Flex on Demand / APEX, etc.)
