About the role
- Responsible for daily inspection, configuration modification and firmware upgrade of network devices in data centers and office premises
- Take charge of the provisioning and adjustment of Fortinet firewall policies
- Be responsible for DDI (DNS/DHCP) address allocation and record maintenance
- Respond to WLAN wireless network faults and VoIP/Teams voice quality issues
Requirements
- Hold CCNP/Huawei HCNP or equivalent certifications
- 3–5 years of enterprise network operation and maintenance experience
- Proficient in basic operations of mainstream firewalls
- Skilled in using packet capture tools (e.g., Wireshark) for basic network fault analysis
