About the role
- Responsible for daily configuration and modification of network resources (VPC, Security Group, ELB) in cloud environments
- Take charge of daily monitoring and troubleshooting of SD-WAN devices
- Assist in optimizing access quality of remote sites
- Manage basic services including NTP
- Deploy cloud resources using Terraform templates
- Assist in handling network connectivity requests from business departments
Requirements
- 3–5 years of network-related experience
- 1+ year of cloud network operation and maintenance experience
- AWS Solution Architect Associate certification or equivalent preferred
- Familiar with basic SD-WAN configuration
- Solid understanding of public cloud network components
- Principles of VPN/dedicated line connections
- Strong English reading and writing skills
- Ability to conduct basic technical communication via work orders
