Manage assigned healthcare IT projects in accordance with PMO methodologies, standards and governance processes.
Develop and maintain project artifacts including charters, schedules, RAID logs, status reports and executive dashboards.
Partner with clinical leaders, operational stakeholders and IT teams to define scope and success metrics.
Lead risk and issue management and escalations.
Manage cross functional teams in configuration, testing, training and go-live activities.
Provide regular project updates to PMO leadership, steering committees and executive sponsors.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, healthcare administration, business or related fields.
5-7 years of project management experience including experience within a formal PMO.
3+ years of healthcare IT project experience.
Demonstrated experience managing timeline and cross functional teams.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
Epic Certifications are a plus.
