About the role
- Serve as the global product owner for Print and AV services
- Define long-term strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with business goals
- Drive global standardization of print and AV platforms
- Lead modernization efforts, including cloud print infrastructure
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery for print and AV environments
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing enterprise print and/or AV services
- 3+ years in a leadership or product ownership role
- Strong understanding of MPS platforms (HP, Ricoh, Xerox, Canon, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of AV technologies (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Logitech, Poly, Crestron, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and integration with identity/security frameworks
