About the role
- Partner closely with PMO to align on timelines, governance, and reporting standards
- Collaborate with Technical Advisory to resolve technical challenges and maintain project momentum
- Assign resources to projects based on scope, complexity, and priority
- Monitor the quality of deliverables to ensure adherence to standards and best practices
- Escalate delivery constraints, risks, and dependencies to leadership for timely resolution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders regarding delivery progress, risks, and dependencies
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution
- Enforce delivery frameworks, methodologies, and ServiceNow best practices across all initiatives
- Drive compliance with organizational standards, including risk management and change control processes
- Identify opportunities to optimize delivery processes and enhance collaboration between internal/external stakeholders
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and industry trends to guide strategic decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow delivery management, including large-scale implementations
- Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines
- Excellent understanding of ITSM processes, Agile methodologies, and project governance
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS in ITSM or other modules) preferred
- PMP certification is preferred
- ITIL Foundation or Intermediate certification
- Experience in enterprise environments with complex integrations
- Familiarity with resource management and quality assurance practices
