About the role

  • Partner closely with PMO to align on timelines, governance, and reporting standards
  • Collaborate with Technical Advisory to resolve technical challenges and maintain project momentum
  • Assign resources to projects based on scope, complexity, and priority
  • Monitor the quality of deliverables to ensure adherence to standards and best practices
  • Escalate delivery constraints, risks, and dependencies to leadership for timely resolution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders regarding delivery progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution
  • Enforce delivery frameworks, methodologies, and ServiceNow best practices across all initiatives
  • Drive compliance with organizational standards, including risk management and change control processes
  • Identify opportunities to optimize delivery processes and enhance collaboration between internal/external stakeholders
  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and industry trends to guide strategic decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow delivery management, including large-scale implementations
  • Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines
  • Excellent understanding of ITSM processes, Agile methodologies, and project governance
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS in ITSM or other modules) preferred
  • PMP certification is preferred
  • ITIL Foundation or Intermediate certification
  • Experience in enterprise environments with complex integrations
  • Familiarity with resource management and quality assurance practices
