About the role
- Lead a team of individuals who are the Technical Owners for Workday and other HR Tools.
- Work closely with stakeholders and internal HR partners to architect technology solutions.
- Maintain platform health and look for continuous improvement options.
- Create and maintain product and release requirements backlog.
- Monitor the security, efficiency and effectiveness of the Workday solution.
- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with HR Partners and business leaders.
- Coordinate and participate in testing efforts with end-user focus.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in application development and deployment in Workday
- Workday Certifications across various modules required
- 5+ years leading a team of direct reports
- 5+ years in application architecture, middleware and data experience
- Skilled in one or more of the following areas: Application Development, Data Platform, Security, Application Integration, Data Engineering, Server Systems, Packaged Application Implementation, Business Analysis, Network Systems, or Storage Systems
