- Solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across various platforms and services
- Manage systems data for clients and provide day-to-day solutions and security compliance

Requirements
- Mainframe experience supporting, fixing, maintaining, migrating and/or upgrading products and tools
- Knowledge of CA7 and Jobtrac product support
- Advanced English (direct communication with global client)
- Bachelor’s degree
