Infrastructure Engineer

• Lead OS patching activities for Windows systems
• Analyze and assess patch requirements and their impact on infrastructure and applications
• Create and maintain detailed work plans and procedures based on existing design documents, past procedures, and templates
• Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure successful implementation of changes
• Review customer-requested changes, provide feedback, and implement them in a timely manner
• Execute patching and maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to system operations
• Windows server construction using Ansible
• Troubleshoot critical customer situations and provide timely solutions to keep systems secure, reliable, and efficient
