Partner with Compensation/Total Rewards Team in design and deployment of complex global annual merit and bonus cycles in Workday.
Analysis, solutions design and development, product delivery and post-production migration support of functional modifications and enhancements to Workday HR systems/tools.
Serve as Workday SME; actively participate in Workday Releases and staying ahead of new features/functionality being introduced by Workday.
Manage annual compensation administration to include merit and incentive processes.
Ensure system and data interfaces are current and optimized.
Maintain salary administration to include job structure, total compensation structure, eligibility, communication and training, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree; Master's or advanced certifications strong preferred.
Experience leading Core and Advanced Compensation cycles in Workday.
