About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between payroll systems and internal/external platforms.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure accurate data transfer and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee the resolution of integration-related issues and ensure operational continuity.
- Document technical and functional processes related to integrations.
- Lead continuous improvement and technology upgrade projects within the payroll area.
- Ensure integrations meet legal and data security requirements.
- Provide technical and functional support to payroll and HR teams.
Requirements
- Extensive background in Workday and Payroll Integration deployment projects for large global corporations across 50 plus countries
- Data conversion and migration experience for large corporations across 50 plus countries from various source systems
- Integration monitoring and automation experience to recover failed integrations and timeliness issues
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Workday and Payroll integration certification is preferred
- English Advanced And/or Master Certified Technical Specialist.
