About the role

  • Infrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in all things infrastructure.
  • Contributing to current projects where you analyze problems and tech issues, offer solutions, and test, modify, automate, and integrate systems.
  • Long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in IT, specialising in Mainframe security.
  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Mainframe environments, Mainframe security, RACF, and compliance areas.
  • Provide support for z/OS operating systems and components, delivering direct technical assistance for releases, upgrades, and system changes.
  • Offer primary support for assigned ISV products, including diagnosing issues on the z/OS platform and its products.
  • Track record of managing IT security and compliance initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead engineering solutions and collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Significant experience and sound judgment in planning and achieving objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Extensive background in process improvement.
