About the role

  • Learn the ropes and get set up with one client on production in the first month.
  • Multi-task and provide interactive solutions through chat, email, and MS Teams while providing concierge-level care.
  • Work with back-office teams to handle escalations.
  • Interact with many different people on a variety of problems to grow your experience, skill, and grasp of other job roles.
  • Find and work with mentors, become an expert with Microsoft 365, and get trained on different platforms.
  • Earn certifications including Google Cloud, Azure, Microsoft, etc. by taking advantage of plentiful learning opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent in Japanese skills both translation and interpretation Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) level should be N1/N2
  • Ability to analyse and troubleshoot in large-scale distributed systems.
  • Expected to do the work according to SOP’s (In Japanese).
  • Ability to understand, explain and enhance internal tooling processes.
  • Ability to learn, understand and explain business processes.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of application support at an Enterprise level.
  • Experience in supporting Major Incident and Problem Management gained in an ITIL-based organization.
  • Candidate should have 4 to 10 years of experience.
