About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct HR support and guidance to employees, HR groups, and company management
- Resolve employee issues and HR-related queries promptly and efficiently

Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources function
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Sensitivity to data and attention to detail
- Spanish and English language required
- Preference given to Portuguese speakers
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
