About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead design activities connecting insight, imagination, and execution for AI experiences
Lead user research to uncover pain points in the human-AI relationship
Create journey maps that clarify multi-step agentic reasoning
Design dynamic interaction patterns handling AI latency, ambiguity, and error states
Facilitate co-creation workshops and usability tests
Collaborate with creative technologists and AI engineers
Design human-in-the-loop hand-off moments with transparency and trust
Advocate for accessibility, ethical design, and inclusive intelligence
Shape human-centered design perspectives for agentic AI
Use storytelling to align stakeholders across the design lifecycle from discovery to delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

UX / experience design or a related field, with a strong portfolio of enterprise or innovation-studio projects
Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability testing methods
Comfortable facilitating co-creation sessions and presenting to clients
Direct experience with AI, agentic AI/UX and data-driven design is preferred
A POV on how AI can drive human-centered design and co-creation
Experience with emerging AI assistants, including Figma Make, MiroAI, Adobe Firefly, and Lovable
Fluent in Figma or Sketch, or similar prototyping tools
Experience working with developers and product managers to translate research into delivery
Excellent communication skills in English
