About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop domain-specific solutions aligned with customer requirements and Kyndryl services
Analyze customer business and technical needs and convert them into solution architectures and cost models
Articulate business value, technical tradeoffs, and delivery considerations in solution strategy discussions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical inputs, assumptions, and constraints for proposals
Own solution documentation and presentations for bids and proposals
Participate in customer meetings to explain solution design, scope, and outcomes
Support deal progression through solution refinement, risk identification, and handover readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in IT service management, IT sourcing, or IT strategy
Experience designing and building technical solutions based on customer requirements
Understanding of infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
Ability to analyze complex problems and propose scalable, practical solutions
Experience creating solution documentation, including scope definitions, assumptions, and cost models
Experience working with cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, and technical practices
Preferred: experience in consulting or advisory roles supporting customer solution design
Preferred: knowledge of hybrid and cloud architecture design
Preferred: experience supporting sales pursuits through presentations, proposals, or solution workshops
