About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and configure Zscaler security services, including Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
- Implement and maintain URL filtering, threat prevention, and access control policies
- Monitor security incidents and collaborate with network and security teams
- Manage user and machine access to ZPA
- Manage identity provider configurations and administrators
- Configure AppConnectors
- Maintain User Portal and Browser Access to applications
- Maintain ZPA access, timeout, client forwarding, and isolation policies
- Manage ZIA authentication settings and identity provider configurations
- Maintain hosted PAC files, URL categories, and certificates
- Configure and maintain SSL inspection, URL and Cloud App Control, and File Type Control policies
- Manage ZDX Standard
- Support the Mobile Connector Portal
- Manage client systems data, day-to-day solutions, security compliance, assignment queues, and ticket prioritization
- Recommend modernization options, identify business opportunities, and cultivate relationships with teams and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience focused on network support, configuration, and implementation
- 3+ years of experience in Zscaler administration
- Networking and security architecture and engineering support experience across local, regional, and global domains
- Ability to effectively execute multiple IT projects and deadlines with limited supervision
- Experience working on ServiceNow
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
- Zscaler certification, such as Zscaler Digital Transformation Administrator, Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer, Zscaler Digital Experience Administrator, Zscaler Certified Professional, or Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator
- Preferred cloud security certification, such as CCSP
- Preferred networking certification, such as CCNA
