Sales Development Rep

• Prospect companies that match the ideal customer profile, generating qualified leads and, from those, creating business opportunities.
• Check that all necessary equipment and resources are functioning and available;
• Define the ideal customer profile for subsequent lead research;
• Conduct lead research identifying company size, industry segment, contact name, phone number, and email;
• Create segmented lead lists in the CRM system or other company-designated tool;
• Use communication scripts tailored to each segment for optimal outreach;
• Contact each lead through the channels provided or preferred by the lead;
• Report productivity and other relevant details monthly or upon request to support performance improvement;
• Act as the liaison between potential clients and the sales team, supporting presentations and sharing previously gathered information;
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide feedback aimed at improving lead quality.
