About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for developing the Kwest iOS app
Build core interfaces (feed, profile, creation flow, notifications, badges…)
Implement the gamification system (XP, levels, badges, rarity…)
Create the artistic matchmaking engine
Integrate APIs (Spotify, Supabase, in-house AI, etc.)
Deliver smooth animations (120Hz, Apple-native feel)
Design modern interactions (gestures, swipe, drag, total fluidity)
Contribute to technical leadership
Product thinking and strategy
Architect a scalable codebase
Make key technology decisions
Shape the overall user experience of Kwest

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong mastery of SwiftUI
Ambitious and motivated to build a standout app
Ability to ship quickly, cleanly, and with style
Familiarity with modern app conventions (BeReal, Instagram, Snap, Figma…)
Desire to be recognized for your work
Passion for beautiful interfaces, UX, and micro‑animations
Bonus: experience with Supabase, Firebase, or other modern backends
Ability to prototype rapidly
Understanding of gamification or gaming principles
Have previously shipped an app to the App Store
