About the role
- Design and develop Kwest's complete visual universe (logos, emblems, badges, typography, patterns, motion identity, etc.)
- Collaborate with SwiftUI developers to create smooth, immersive interfaces
- Apply the art direction across our touchpoints (website, app, social media, visual communication, onboarding)
- Create a coherent identity system linking our product visuals and brand image
- Participate in strategic art direction discussions (ideation, moodboards, art direction, trends)
- Experiment, test, and surprise — Kwest values bold creativity as much as graphic discipline.
Requirements
- Strong command of Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator (After Effects or Blender are a plus)
- Solid understanding of Gen Z culture and current visual trends
- Ability to create an identifiable graphic universe that is both minimalist and vibrant
- Team player with a desire to work closely with developers and the Creative Director
- A genuine artistic sensibility: you know how to give your visuals soul
- Curiosity, ambition, and above all, a desire to join a high-potential project from the start

Benefits
- Join the creative core of a startup in active development (roles expected to evolve after fundraising)
- Real artistic freedom: you participate in shaping the art direction, not just execution
- Direct visibility: your work will be integrated into the app, website, and official communications

- Potential to grow into a Lead Designer / Art Director role in the medium term
- Priority access to company updates, fundraising, and internal partnerships
