About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement trauma-informed and therapeutic services within the creative process to enhance the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of children and youth receiving PRTF/residential services.
  • Collaborate as an active member of the treatment team.
  • Conduct individual, group and family therapy.
  • Complete required documentation, including intake assessments, treatment plans, crisis and safety plans, monthly assessments and session notes.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.
  • Provide timely, fiscally responsible supply requests.
  • Promote community integration of clients.
  • Write clinical reports from an Art therapy perspective.
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal and all licensure and accrediting bodies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Family Therapy or Counseling from an accredited institution
  • Certified or licensed in at least one of the below: LMSW, LSW, LSCSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT or other professional license issued/approved by the state(s) in which you practice.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
