About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute demand generation strategies: Develop inbound (organic and paid) and outbound initiatives aligned with department objectives. Set up and manage campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, ensuring efficient budget allocation and maximizing results. Experience implementing campaign tagging and tracking, as well as building dashboards to support decision-making.
- Monitor the marketing funnel and lead journey: Track conversion rates at each stage of the funnel, ensuring integration with sales and achievement of targets.
- Track and optimize performance KPIs: Analyze strategic metrics such as CAC, CPL, ROI, campaign performance and pipeline generated.
- Manage vendors and partners: Oversee deliveries from agencies and media partners, ensuring quality and results.
- Optimize the website and blog: Master optimization strategies for SEO and GEO, and monitor organic search rankings. Apply CRO to landing pages and articles. Monitor site and blog performance using strategic KPIs in Google Analytics and Google Search Console, with support from tools such as Ubersuggest.
- Collaborate with strategic areas: Work closely with Branding, Product, Market Intelligence and Communications to ensure consistent, high-impact campaigns.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 4 years in digital marketing, focusing on inbound/outbound demand generation and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related fields. Postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Traffic management (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
- Advanced copywriting skills.
- Marketing automation (RD Station).
- CRM (Ploomes or similar).
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and BI tools.
- Project management tools (Trello, Asana, Planner or similar).
- SEO/GEO and experience with tools such as SEMrush or Ubersuggest.
- Website and blog management on platforms such as WordPress.
