About the role

  • Develop and enhance web applications and/or APIs with a focus on performance, security, and scalability
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (plannings, dailies, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Support the definition of technical solutions in collaboration with the product and technology teams
  • Perform code reviews, proposing improvements and development best practices
  • Write automated tests and help maintain code quality
  • Identify improvement opportunities in systems and propose refactorings
  • Collaborate with other areas to ensure deliveries align with user needs

Requirements

  • Experience with backend and/or frontend development (stack: C#, Node.js, and Python)
  • Knowledge of code versioning using Git
  • Familiarity with relational (SQL Server) and non-relational (OpenSearch/MongoDB) databases
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Ability to write clean, well-structured, and testable code
  • Good communication, proactivity, and teamwork
  • Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
