About the role

  • Create dashboards, reports, and performance analyses for marketing, sales, and customer success (CS), supporting data-driven decision making
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion funnels, proposing continuous improvement actions
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, marketing tools, customer service platforms) to build a unified view of the customer journey
  • Ensure data quality, standardization, and timely updates of databases
  • Support the structuring of cadences and operational routines based on data and automations
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Data teams to generate market and revenue intelligence
  • Support projects for process optimization, report automation, and tool implementation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Business Intelligence or related areas, especially supporting marketing and sales teams
  • Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar)
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Ploomes, or similar) and marketing automation tools
  • Strong communication skills to present analyses and interact with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields
  • Preferred: Knowledge of SQL or other data-manipulation tools
  • Experience with sales funnel analyses, campaign analysis, and customer behavior analysis
  • Experience working in technology companies or in a SaaS business model
