Own the end-to-end program for a large-scale migration, from fast discovery sprints to long-tail execution of customer migration and adoption.
Treat migration as a product: build and manage the roadmap, define success metrics (e.g., adoption velocity, risk reduction), and produce documentation, communication plans, and support playbooks.
Be the voice of the customer by understanding internal developers' pain points and designing solutions that respect their workflows.
Coordinate and align priorities across Security, CI/CD Platform, Model Serving, and numerous customer groups.
Communicate progress and technical details clearly to executive leadership and engineering teams.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in internal platforms, infrastructure, or developer tools.
A solid grasp of modern development practices, including containers like Docker and Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience with security vulnerability management (CVEs) is a big plus.
A knack for influence, able to rally large, cross-functional groups and make progress without relying on direct authority.
A bias for action; comfortable navigating ambiguity, breaking down complex problems, and driving execution under pressure.
Strong communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to engineers and executives.
Bachelor’s Degree required; in lieu of a degree, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college is required.
