About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical leadership for projects, POCs, POVs, and MVPs in AI & Data
Translate business challenges into scalable, viable solution architectures
Define appropriate approaches for Machine Learning, classical AI, and GenAI according to each context
Design solutions for hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud)
Evaluate trade-offs between performance, cost, governance, and complexity
Serve as a technical reference and mentor more junior professionals
Support technical discussions with clients and internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience as a Senior Data Scientist / Tech Lead
Strong applied ML experience: fraud detection, anomaly detection, forecasting, clustering, predictive maintenance, among others
Hands-on experience with hybrid solutions and on-premises execution
Ability to design solutions that consider physical infrastructure (workstations, servers, and GPUs)
Pragmatic, decision-oriented profile focused on business impact
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Strong hands-on experience with Python
English proficiency
