About the role

  • You organize and manage the material and information flow in our production (work preparation)
  • You support the scheduling and planning of our assembly capacities
  • You work closely with the Head of Production & Assembly and independently manage internal projects
  • You analyze production metrics and identify optimization opportunities for our processes
  • You collaborate with various departments and ensure transparent workflows between production, assembly and planning

Requirements

  • You hold a completed bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering or equivalent)
  • Alternatively, you have a vocational qualification with further training as a state-certified technician
  • You have strong organizational skills and work in a structured way
  • You are proficient in Excel, enjoy data analysis, and have a good numerical understanding
  • You think analytically and quickly recognize interdependencies in production processes
  • You work independently but also enjoy developing solutions as part of a team
  • Working with common PC systems is a matter of course for you
