Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments.
Experience administering Jamf Pro.
Experience working with endpoint management platforms and MDM solutions.
Experience validating software deployments across Windows and macOS environments.
Experience troubleshooting deployment failures and analyzing logs.
Experience designing, improving, and documenting operational processes.
Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Knowledge of Windows Autopilot and device enrollment processes.
Experience creating repeatable testing and validation procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
