About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain AI-powered workflows, automations, assistants, and business applications.
Develop solutions using low-code/no-code and AI platforms such as n8n, Microsoft Power Platform, Supabase, and similar technologies.
Configure, test, and optimize AI agents, copilots, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Support integrations, data mapping, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external development partners.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed AI solutions.
Assist with documenting processes, workflows, and implementation best practices.
Help identify opportunities to automate and optimize business operations through AI.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-7 years of experience in workflow automation, systems implementation, software operations, analytics, or related technical roles.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, Make, Zapier, Retool, or similar automation tools.
Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Supabase, or equivalent technologies.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure, OpenAI, Claude, Copilot Studio, or similar AI ecosystems.
Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or related languages.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
