Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own conversations and proactively reach out to US-based prospects
  • Help generate new business opportunities through thoughtful, high-quality outbound efforts
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to improve messaging and targeting
  • Play a key role in expanding Kubikware’s presence in the US market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, sales development, or outbound business development roles
  • Experience prospecting for B2B technology services, software development firms, staffing, consulting, or nearshore/offshore companies
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with US-based prospects on a daily basis
  • Experience running outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, Lemlist, or similar sales engagement/CRM platforms
  • Strong research and prospecting skills
  • Ability to identify qualified opportunities and conduct first discovery conversations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
