About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and build SharePoint-based engagement tracking and workflow management environments
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, and process automation
  • Develop Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven) to support interaction with SharePoint systems
  • Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with internal and external systems via APIs
  • Develop scripts and tools using SQL and/or Python where appropriate
  • Support secure authentication and connectivity (OAuth, service principals, etc.)
  • Manage solution packaging, versioning, and release processes within Power Platform
  • Refactor and optimize existing workflows and applications for performance and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and support production issues in SharePoint and Power Platform solutions
  • Support integration of AI and LLM capabilities into workflows where applicable
  • Assist in connecting Azure-based services such as Functions or OpenAI into solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint (lists, libraries, permissions, structure design)
  • Experience building workflows in Power Automate
  • Experience developing Power Apps
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience working with APIs and integrations
  • Ability to independently solve technical problems
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
