About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitoring access control and CCTV systems for alerts and errors
  • Programming & troubleshooting security systems
  • Managing new security projects and installations
  • Commissioning of new systems
  • Performing maintenance and upgrades on current systems
  • Managing and working with security vendors during installations
  • Maintaining programming documentation for security systems
  • Maintain security technical standards
  • Working with IT on system issues and projects
  • Assisting with and providing requested evidence for audits.
  • Assisting in conducting investigations
  • Conduct site physical risk analysis
  • Respond to request or incident tickets
  • Provide technical support to the Physical Security Team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent working knowledge (5 years’ experience, minimum) of:
  • - Installation of door access control and CCTV systems
  • - Software House CCure 9000 door access control system
  • - Good working knowledge (3 years’ experience, minimum) of:
  • - Tyco ExacqVision CCTV NVR systems
  • - Axis camera technologies
  • - 2N intercom systems
  • - Appreciation of Fire/Health & Safety/Electrical Regulations
  • Willing to travel globally.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision or direction.
  • CCure 9000 or ExacqVision certifications a plus.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
