About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Document functional requirements with business stakeholders
Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and maintain quality gates
Assist in design and documentation of existing and new applications
Analyze, review, and evaluate business needs and translate them into solutions
Develop deep understanding of in-house products and identify improvement opportunities
Define and manage project scope throughout the SDLC
Act as a liaison between business and technology teams
Be an active member of Agile/Scrum teams
Participate in design reviews, system test reviews, and walkthroughs
Perform functional testing and sign-off of sprint deliverables
Coordinate across business and technology functions for end-to-end delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree with 5–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a global organization
Strong experience documenting complex systems and processes
Ability to create visual representations of workflows, data structures, and UI flows
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Proactive, self-motivated, and ownership-driven
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies
Working knowledge of servers, databases, networking, and REST API concepts
JIRA / Azure DevOps
Confluence
Visio
Adobe XD

Mockflow

SQL (working knowledge)
