About the role

  • Build, review and implement solutions with AI/GenAI, ML and deep learning (NLP) techniques and develop APIs using Python
  • Handle large data volumes using latest techniques and data tools
  • Work with advanced GenAI models like GPT-4, GPT-4o, Llama and leverage vector DBs / RAG-based approaches
  • Work on buy/sell-side due diligence engagements and identify analytics-driven value creation opportunities
  • Deliver and manage mid to large size deals and ensure smooth delivery on assigned engagements and products with regions
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across regions and coordinate between core functional and technology teams
  • Stakeholder management and lead mid-market deals from analytics perspective
  • Prepare demo tools to a client-ready standard
  • Engage directly with clients in pre-sales, competitive pursuits, presentations and delivery
  • Review technical work and coach/develop junior colleagues
  • Utilize statistical tools to interpret data sets and identify trends and patterns
  • Advise stakeholders on relevant technical issues and uphold firm’s code of ethics and business conduct
  • Contribute to building automation tools to accelerate due diligence, data-driven insights and optimization models used in service delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-12 years related work experience in developing and implementing AI/GenAI and ML models across industries
  • 3 years of proven experience working with natural language generation / processing and LLM techniques
  • 4 years of experience in MS Azure based deployment with foundational knowledge of Azure Cognitive Services
  • Very strong experience in statistical techniques (linear and non-linear regressions, classification, optimization) and forecasting models
  • Strong experience with GenAI models (GPT-4, GPT-4o, Llama) and AI architecture leveraging vector DBs / RAG approaches
  • Good to have experience on Agentic AI frameworks and workflow orchestration
  • Strong experience in Mergers & Acquisition domain: due diligence, deal structuring, financial reporting, value creation, post-merger phases
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from tier 1 college (Master’s in Business/domain preferred)
  • Programming proficiency in Python (must have)
  • Experience with analytics and data platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake - any one or more, preferred Azure)
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau - good to have)
  • Experience in programming, BI and enterprise resource systems, including data collection, analysis and presentation
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to teamwork
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Word and Excel
  • Ability to adapt to ever changing client demands and flexibility to travel as needed
  • Supervisory experience and willingness to mentor team members and scale the practice
