• Client onboarding: client prior year data review and analysis, PBC requests, and budgeting
• Review and prepare complex federal, state, and local tax returns for corporations and partnerships
• Preferred if can prepare and review ASC 740 tax provisions
• Collaborate with engagement team to identify and research complex client issues and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and provide timely updates on project progress
• Draft technical tax memoranda and analysis reports
• Assist in project management of compliance and consulting engagements
• Quality control on work-product delivery by self & team
• Documenting procedures for all types of work
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in tax preparation and tax accounting processes
• Supervise, train and mentor junior staff, associates and interns
• Provide feedback on team members to their manager
• Identify knowledge gaps in the team and address the same
• Receive formal corporate tax training, on the job training, direct feedback from top tax leaders, and the opportunity to pursue additional training through internal and external resources.
