Vice President

• Take a management role in the Restructuring team, managing day-to-day operation of restructuring assignments
• Provide reports to Directors and Managing Directors and delegate tasks to team members
• Ensure timescales are met and manage deadlines
• Provide guidance, motivation, mentoring and assistance to the team, support training and progression, and undertake appraisals
• Assume responsibility for client relations and liaise with clients, employees, agents and solicitors
• Build and maintain relationships with other professionals and pursue referrals
• Promote Kroll’s business and services by hosting and attending marketing events, seminars and presentations
• Handle case-related correspondence and telephone calls from stakeholders, clients and creditors
• Prepare accurate budgets for tenders, manage time costs and billing
• Pursue personal development required for effective performance
• Adhere to Kroll systems, policy requirements and Health & Safety policy
• Be willing to travel internally
