Provide ad hoc EMIR Refit regulatory advice and solutions
Manage and maintain client relationships
Draft targeted documentation for clients (manuals and procedures, templates etc)
Prepare and deliver EMIR training sessions both internally and for clients
Prepare pitch documents and proposals for potential work
Liaise with industry bodies and regulators
Prepare articles and other publications for distribution both internally and externally
Assist the team with business development in EMIR, MiFIR, and SFTR
Willing to work on other projects as required
Deliver regulatory consulting engagements including financial crime, compliance risk, regulatory readiness, compliance monitoring and regulatory reporting
Requirements
Significant experience either within the UK FCA, Buy-side or Sell-side firm, Exchange/MTF, Trade Repository or a professional services firm.
Proven experience in the understanding and interpretation of EMIR and EMIR Refit within the investment banking / investment management industry and the implementation of solutions to address regulatory requirements
Knowledge of the FCA Handbook and key areas of regulatory change such as EMIR / MiFID II / SFTR.

Minimum 2.1 degree in a related degree such as economics, business studies, maths etc or equivalent professional qualification (Preferred)
