About the role

  • Lead strategic IAM and IGA assessments, roadmap development, and strategy planning to ensure compliance with international regulations and business requirements
  • Oversee configuration, deployment, and integration of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms such as Saviynt, Veza, and other leading technologies, focusing on scalable enterprise solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and consultants, fostering skill development and a collaborative team culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Information Security, IT Operations, and Application Development — to achieve seamless IGA and IAM integration and operational excellence
  • Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures
  • Assist in incident response and troubleshooting for IGA and IAM systems, driving continuous improvement in security operations
  • Stay current with global best practices, emerging IGA/IAM technologies, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the US and EMEA markets

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience deploying IGA solutions (Saviynt, Veza, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering - Computer Science, or a related field is required
  • Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python is required
  • Hands-on experience developing API-based connectors for platforms such as Saviynt and Veza to facilitate integration with a variety of target applications is required
  • Proven leadership skills and experience mentoring junior team members
  • Strong international client-facing experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Preferred certifications - Saviynt Certified IGA Professional, CISSP, SailPoint - Identity Security Engineer Certification, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
