Engineer

• Lead strategic IAM and IGA assessments, roadmap development, and strategy planning to ensure compliance with international regulations and business requirements
• Oversee configuration, deployment, and integration of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms such as Saviynt, Veza, and other leading technologies, focusing on scalable enterprise solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and consultants, fostering skill development and a collaborative team culture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Information Security, IT Operations, and Application Development — to achieve seamless IGA and IAM integration and operational excellence
• Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures
• Assist in incident response and troubleshooting for IGA and IAM systems, driving continuous improvement in security operations
• Stay current with global best practices, emerging IGA/IAM technologies, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the US and EMEA markets
