About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You advise nonprofit organizations on the implementation and further development of Salesforce solutions based on the Nonprofit Cloud (NPC)
- You analyze requirements, model processes, and configure smart CRM solutions
- You take responsibility in agile projects — from data migrations and role/permission concepts to integrations with Raisenow or FinDock
- You bring domain expertise and technology together — for CRM that truly helps
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of project experience in the CRM or Salesforce environment
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC or NPSP)
- Salesforce certifications (at least Administrator + Nonprofit Cloud Consultant)
- Ideally experience with payment processing, CAMT files, Raisenow or FinDock
- Structured, empathetic communication with clients and colleagues
- A passion for helping nonprofits become more efficient, data-driven, and successful
