About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes within IQMS, ensuring data integrity, system alignment, and operational performance across planning, production, inventory, and shipping.
Own system workflows across: Order → Planning → Production → Inventory → Shipping → Invoicing
Responsible for how the process actually runs—not just how it’s configured
Work with new product development team to ensure BOM accuracy and routings / cycle times accuracy
Align IQMS with real plant behavior: machine scheduling, labor reporting, downtime tracking
Identify bottlenecks using ERP + shop data and drive measurable improvements in throughput, scrap, on-time delivery, and inventory turns
Configure and maintain work orders, BOMs, routings, E-Plant structures, and inventory transactions
Define and enforce standard operating procedures tied to ERP transactions

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–10+ years in manufacturing operations, ERP ownership, or process engineering
Deep experience with DELMIAWorks (IQMS)
Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing (ideally plastics, injection molding, or similar)
Strong understanding of inventory control and costing
Experience with SQL / Oracle (preferred)
Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools
