About the role
- Planning and organization of patient care within the interdisciplinary team
- Symptom management in close collaboration with our physicians
- Routine home visits and crisis intervention
- Counseling and guidance of patients and their relatives
- Cooperation with our partners and network
- Participation in on-call duty (5×/month, including 1 weekend/month)
Requirements
- Completed training as a health and nursing professional / registered nurse
- Further training in palliative care is an advantage or willingness to complete such training
- Empathetic and respectful interaction with patients and their relatives
- Team and communication skills, organizational aptitude and the ability to work independently
- Driver’s license (Class B)
