Sales

• Drive both inbound and outbound sales activities in Southern Europe
• Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the sales cycle
• Identify and develop new opportunities for our thermal battery in industries such as energy production, oil & gas, steel, food & beverage, and other heavy industries
• Represent Kraftblock at regional industry events, conferences, and trade shows
• Lead customer interactions and design-in processes with support from our engineering team
• Understand the grid business potential for green energy solutions
• Maintain awareness of the regulatory landscape and subsidy mechanisms in your region
• Help shape our internationalization strategy in Europe, particularly in the Iberian Peninsula, France, and Italy
• Manage and achieve sales targets
• Participate in a comprehensive 6–8 week onboarding program at our headquarters in Sulzbach, Germany
• Visit our HQ regularly (at least twice a year)
