Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes for web and mobile applications, from discovery to product rollout.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple design solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct and synthesize user research to make informed design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that deliver seamless user experiences.
- Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to define user experiences.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of design systems and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Advanced understanding of UI design principles, including color theory, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in leveraging AI-driven design tools for accelerating design workflows.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and how to apply them in design.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related.
- 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating the design of B2B or Enterprise products.
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma and FigJam, Miro, or similar.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare or B2B enterprise would be a plus.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS).
- Experience in Agile or Lean UX processes.
- Experience in implementing accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design.
