About the role
- Prospecting and advising new customers in the field (outside sales)
- Site visits to construction projects
- Confidently conduct sales meetings with a strong commitment to closing deals
- Structured proposal preparation and follow-up
- Use of the internal CRM tool for systematic sales management (lead management)
- Expand your network and manage existing customers in your sales territory
- Expand into new strategic growth markets
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Performance orientation, determination, competitiveness and ambition
- Flexibility and strong teamwork skills
- Prior experience in the construction industry
- Several years of field sales/B2B experience
- Highly profit- and results-oriented
- Ability to turn setbacks into successes
- Basic technical understanding
- High willingness to travel
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
