Working Student – Social Media, Content Creation

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, create and publish content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Produce and edit Reels, Stories, Shorts and image assets
- Develop creative content ideas and new formats
- Identify and implement current social media trends
- Support photo and video shoots
- Strategically manage and grow our clients' social media channels
- Implement content according to each client's corporate design
- Improve existing content concepts, feed structures and design guidelines
- Strategically manage and develop our own social media channels
- Optional: support community management and the use of Meta Business Suite
- Work closely with our design and social media team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced studies in Marketing, Communication, Media or a comparable degree program
- Initial practical experience in social media management or content creation, e.g., through internships or UGC content creation
- Confident use of editing and design tools such as Canva or CapCut
- Strong sense for trends, aesthetics and target-group-oriented communication
- Creativity, initiative and a keen eye for detail
- Willingness to work both behind and occasionally in front of the camera
- Structured and reliable working style
- You are mobile and hold a valid Class B driving license
